7 Stretches to relieve Back pain in just 7 minutes.
For êoples under 45 years, back pain is the leading cause of disability. It is estimated that over 80% of people be suffering in USA, and more and earlier. This is mainly caused by poor position repeated, a peak of stress or an unhealthy lifestyle.
In parallel we must not forget: weight control, or exercise, learn to relax ... Check out these postures, to preferably on a flat surface
Hold this position for 30 seconds for each leg.
1. Relieve Your Pain: Stretch your tendon

Hold this position for 30 seconds for each leg.
2. Try to put your knee to your chest.
This helps relax and strengthen your buttocks. Hold this position for 20 seconds each leg.
3. Stretch the spine
Your back needs exercise. Breathe deeply, inhale and exhale to release muscle tension. You can take this position as long as you want, without forcing.
4. Stretch your pelvis
Hold this position for 30 seconds and switch legs.
5. Stretch the back of your thigh
Hold for 30 seconds and repeat.
6. Stretch your quadriceps
Hold each leg for 30 seconds, then switch sides.
7. Stretch your back all
Hold 30 seconds and then try this position:
Hold for 10 seconds on each side.
